Cheers to the Weekend
This is an ode to the perfect weekend I just spent - Went to Whakappa and then returned via Wiatomo Caves. Ski Fields and Black Waterrafting were the highlights of the trip.
Cheers to All of you for the planning and conception of the trip
Cheers to Irshad and Reema for picking me up - so that I didnt have to walk with my blanket and luggage
Cheers to Soni aunty for her mandarins/passion fruit/orange
Cheers to Mahak and Anupam for the double rainbows sighting
Cheers to Anupam for the awesome accommodation booking
Cheers to the Bandi for giving us such a nice house
Cheers to Mother Nature for that beautiful snowfall

Cheers to Reema and Mehak for the awesome dinner

Certain People
I wake up at 6 am because of certain people.
Certain people fix up breakfast at 7 and then reach at 8.20.
Certain people do not care that my laptop doesnt work - the motherboard may be ruined.
Im feeling hungry because of certain people.
Caertain people think I am materialistic and selfish.
Certain people are so cruel.
Certain people make my heart weep.
Certain people still smile and go.

To Someone who happens to be a proud Carmelite
To Someone who just called herself my everlasting girlfriend
To Someone who just got laughed on by calling herself that
To Someone who has done well for herself
To Someone to whom my first question always is - Did you have it ?
To Someone whose answer always is a giggling NO
To Someone who gets drunk on a glass of wine
To Someone who I wish to drink with
To Someone who I have known for ages
To Someone Sexy and Fat !!!
To Someone who loves Paneer Tikka at Khan Chachas
To Someone for whom I feel that Dilli Haat was just yesterday
To Someone who figures as one of the oldest in my chronological list of Infinite Crushes
To Someone who has been a constant support in troubled times
To Someone who is as wonderful as she is
To Someone whose friendship I cherish like my favourite food

The long road of life ...
My first poetic creation ... meant to be more philosophical than poetic ..
The Long Road of life ...
I walk it down all alone
you go ... go ahead
but do stop and turn back ..
coz the road has no end
only craziness .. and madness
the worlds madness ..
there to crush u exploit u harm u
but let confidence be ur greatest strength
but remember its overdose may become ur biggest weakness
do well
as i trudge the road slowly
all alone .. with tears in my eyes
tears not of sadness .. but just
shear emotion
i trudge down the road
the long empty road to success ..
but yes ill stop
stop when this quest for success takes my peace of mind
coz mental peace and happiness
is the ultimate goal of my life ......
On a lighter note ... if u don find this poetic consider it as an art of modern poetry .. you know the one which just has free verse and doesn't have to rhyme ...
coz it sure makes a hell lotta sense !!!
